Jesus
He really is the answer...
He really is the answer...
Life is full of questions, but one of the most important is this: How can we truly find the way to life? Not just existence, but life with meaning, peace, and purpose—life that lasts forever. The answer is found in Jesus. He is not just a historical figure or a moral teacher; He is the way, the truth, and the life. Through Him, we discover the path to a relationship with God and the fullness of life He offers. This journey begins with understanding God’s heart toward us.
The good news is that God loves you more than you can imagine. His love is not distant or impersonal—it is demonstrated through action. John 3:16 tells us that God loved the world so much He gave His one and only Son, Jesus, so that whoever believes in Him would not perish but have eternal life. God’s purpose in sending Jesus was not to judge or condemn, but to rescue and save. His love is a pursuing love, offering us hope and life through His Son.
But there’s a problem that stands in the way: sin. Sin is what separates us from God. It’s more than just doing wrong things—it’s a broken relationship with the One who created us. John 3:18 explains that those who reject Jesus are already under condemnation, not because God wants to condemn them, but because they have chosen to live apart from His saving grace. Romans 6:23 reminds us that the result of sin is death, yet in the same breath offers hope—the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Jesus does not leave us in our separation. He comes to us personally, inviting us into relationship. Revelation 3:20 paints the image of Jesus standing at the door of our hearts, knocking. He does not force His way in—He waits for us to respond. If we hear His voice and open the door, He promises to come in, to share life with us, and to be present in the most intimate, transformative way. This is not religion; it’s relationship.
So, how should we respond? Scripture tells us that to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God (John 1:12). The steps are clear: Admit our sin and ask God for forgiveness. Believe that Jesus died for our sins and rose again. Commit to follow Him as Lord. This is not about earning salvation, but receiving it as a gift—by faith, not by works.
The journey begins with a simple but sincere prayer. It’s a moment of surrender and trust. We confess that we have sinned and need God's grace. We believe in Jesus’ death and resurrection. And we receive the gift of salvation, asking God to cleanse us, make us new, and help us live for Him. It’s not about perfect words—it’s about a genuine heart turning to God in faith and dependence.
When we receive Jesus, something beautiful happens—we are welcomed into the family of God. We are no longer strangers or outsiders. We become sons and daughters, brothers and sisters in Christ. This is the beginning of a new life, both now and forever. In Jesus, we have found the way to life. Welcome home.
